1. Update version and download URL in setup.py.

2. Run standard pg8000 unit tests.

3. (Future): Run SQLAlchemy unit tests with version of pg8000.

4. svn commit updated setup.py

5. Tag trunk -> pg8000-v1xx in Subversion.

6. Generate new pythondoc-pg8000.html. Upload to web server, and edit to add CSS template and Google Adsense.

7. Generate .tar.gz, .zip, and .exe installers. Upload to web server.

8. Update website index.html.

9. Update pg8000 Advantages / Disadvantages if necessary.

10. python setup.py register
